Custom meal plans are developed to align with individual preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional goals. This includes portion sizes, meal timing, and diverse food options to maintain interest and satisfaction while achieving desired outcomes.
An in-depth assessment of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) is conducted to determine daily caloric intake. This calculation is tailored to align with clients’ objectives, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, or general health maintenance.
