It depends on your needs. Many clients see the best results with fortnightly or monthly follow-ups, but this can be adjusted based on your progress and goals. The recommended frequency of each specialised program is listed in the program description on our services page.
Yes! I create custom meal plans tailored to your dietary preferences, nutritional needs, and lifestyle. Some of our specialised programs include meal plans as part of the consultation, while others focus on broader nutrition guidance.

Yes, appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, frequent rescheduling may result in a fee or require prepayment for future bookings.
