My journey into nutrition began long before I became a nutritionist. I’ve always been passionate about health, but my personal experiences with gut issues and PCOS sparked a deep curiosity about the power of food. Through years of research, trial and error, and firsthand experience, I saw how the right nutrition could transform not just my gut health, but my overall well-being.
After earning a Bachelor of Psychology from the Australian National University in 2011, I began my career in healthcare, working as a patient liaison for local government before transitioning into quality assurance, where I developed healthcare audits focused on patient safety. But my passion for nutrition kept calling me back. At 25, I started competing in bodybuilding, and the experience reinforced just how powerful a well-balanced diet could be. Inspired by what I had learned, I returned to university and earned a Bachelor of Human Nutrition in 2020, graduating with a Dean’s Award for excellence.
At Everwell Nutrition, my goal is to help people nourish their bodies in a way that feels practical, enjoyable, and sustainable. I offer science-based, evidence-informed nutrition programs designed to support a variety of health goals, and as a mother of two, I have a special passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, ensuring they get the care and nourishment they need during this transformative stage of life.
Everwell Nutrition was founded on the belief that food is more than fuel—it’s a tool for lifelong well-being. My background in psychology, combined with my expertise in nutrition, allows me to take a holistic, personalised approach that goes beyond meal plans. I focus on helping my clients build a healthier relationship with food while creating flexible, achievable strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Soma Women’s Wellbeing was born out of a decades-long dream to create space for women to reconnect with their bodies, with particular care for the transitions of our feminine life-cycle: birth, bleeding, adulthood, pregnancy, birthing, post-partum, perimenopause, & postmenopause. A space where the messy, gritty, and painful could be welcomed alongside the joyous, funny, and triumphant. A space where we could learn to love and grieve and laugh and cry together, as we walk towards our truest and most authentic selves.
Soma means body. Our bodies are the houses for our mind and spirit, the vessels through which we create, the interface between matter and immaterial. They connect us to our ancestors through DNA, they connect us to the earth through our fundamental building blocks, and the connect us to each other as we all bleed red.
Soma Women’s Wellbeing hopes to help guide you home to your body, and in doing so, your truest self, carrying your heritage, dreaming your future into being, connected to the Earth and your community around you.
