Terms & Conditions

The Everwell Nutrition website at http://www.everwellnutritionaustralia.com.au are owned and operated by Everwell Nutrition Pty Ltd ABN  79 492 394 147(EN, we, us, our).

By booking an appointment with Everwell Nutrition you agree to be personally bound by these terms and conditions, whether for yourself or on behalf of a minor (as determined by the state in which you reside), if you are booking a consultation on behalf of a minor. By booking an appointment with Everwell Nutrition you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if it is not 18), and if you are registering on behalf of a minor, that you are their legal guardian.

These terms apply to the use of this website, including the use of the information services provided through this website.

The terms, as laid out below, are to ensure that all clients receive the best quality service and experience. Clients who disagree or dispute these terms and conditions will not be able to book future appointments.

When you book an appointment with Everwell Nutrition you agree to the following policies:


Bookings and Payments

Bookings may require a phone number and email address for communication purposes between you and Everwell Nutrition. We protect your privacy and only store this information in our private system. It is not shared with any third party. Everwell Nutrition will only contact you in regards to your appointment and to provide updates to our products and/or services. You will not be able to book an appointment without both pieces of information.

For all appointments, unless otherwise agreed upon, payment is required to be made prior to your appointment to secure your booking. We cannot accept cash payments. 


Rescheduling Policy for Prepaid Appointments

This policy is strictly enforced.

  1. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
  2. Each prepaid appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of 5 times.
  3. Frequent rescheduling (more than 4 times within 1 month) may result in forfeiture of the appointment or require an additional fee.
  4. Rescheduling requests made within 8 hours of the appointment may be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking.


Cancellation Policy

This policy is strictly enforced and covers all consultation types including virtual appointments.

  1. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge at anytime 24 hours before your appointment.
  2. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours* of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
  3. If you do not show up for your appointment, or do not call to cancel your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
  4. Cancellations fees may be waived for medical emergencies with presentation of a doctors’ certificate.
  5. If you arrive later than 20 mins from the scheduled start time of your appointment, your consultation will not go ahead, and you will be charged the 100% scheduled service fee. If you arrive prior to these cut off times your consultation may go ahead for the full fee, but your consultation time will be reduced.

*For appointments on a Monday (or Tuesday after a public holiday), notice must be given by COB the Friday prior as the office is not manned over the weekend.


Refund Policy

This policy applies to all custom products and is strictly enforced.

  1. Refunds are not available once work has begun on a custom product.
  2. Refunds are not available after a custom product has been delivered.
